The Site provides property listing information sourced in part from the Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) and MLS® systems. Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and may change or become unavailable without notice.

Some features, including unlimited listing views, saving listings, and contacting agents, require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

If you create an account, we may send you automatically generated email alerts (daily or weekly) containing property listings that match your saved search criteria and browsing activity on the Site. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every alert email, or by managing your notification preferences in your account settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data in bulk without authorization.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.

The MLS®, Multiple Listing Service®, and associated logos are trademarks owned by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). Listing content supplied through DDF® is owned or licensed by CREA and its member boards. All other content on the Site, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by Mehr Realty unless otherwise noted.

Information on this Site, including mortgage calculators and market estimates, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or real estate advice. You should consult a licensed professional before making any real estate decisions.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mehr Realty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
